Shao-Hsing wine is the widely consumed wine in China. It is brewed from rice and fermented minimum of three years to extract its unique flavor. Shao-Hsing is used in variety of Chinese cooking including soup and sometimes even desert. This is the key ingredient in Chinese gourmet cooking. |
